Clothing & Warm Layers:
  • Woolen/trek pants – 2 to 3 nos.

  • Down jacket – 1 no. (Comfortable up to -10°C)

  • T-shirts (preferably quick-dry) – 3 nos.

  • Fleece/sweater – 2 nos.

  • Thermals (upper & lower) – 2 pairs

  • Woolen gloves – 1 pair (preferably waterproof)

  • Woolen cap – 1 no.

  • Neck warmer or woolen bandana – 1 no.

  • Lightweight rain/wind jacket – 1 no.

  • Woolen socks – 3 to 4 pairs.

Personal Essentials:
  • Sunglasses or snow goggles (for glare protection)

  • Sunscreen (SPF 30+ recommended) and lip balm

  • Personal toiletries

  • Power banks (minimun 20000 mAh)

  • Basic personal medication kit.

  • ID proof (mandatory for hotel check-ins and permits)

It is advised not to carry valuable items such as jewelry, laptops, or large sums of cash. In case of loss or damage, Escapsia will not be responsible.

  • It is highly recommended to book your Gondola Ride tickets online immediately after confirming your trip to avoid long queues or last-minute unavailability. These tickets are subject to availability, and the company will not be responsible for any such unavailability.

  • In some towns of Kashmir, local regulations restrict the use of outside vehicles for certain sightseeing points. Travelers may be required to hire local cabs or ponies at their own expense wherever applicable.

  • Local SIM cards are often necessary, as prepaid connections from outside Jammu & Kashmir typically do not work there. Please carry a postpaid SIM or purchase a local SIM on arrival.

  • Early check-in at hotels is strictly subject to availability and hotel policy.

  • Internet connectivity can be unstable in higher or remote regions.

  • Room heaters at hotels are chargeable separately, unless specifically mentioned under inclusions.

  • You must carry a valid government-issued photo ID throughout the journey. Please keep your Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License with you (PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID at many locations).

  • Breakfast and dinner menus at hotels are fixed. Any additional items or room service orders will be billed directly to you.

  • ATMs may not be available in remote areas like Sonmarg or Gulmarg, so it’s recommended to carry sufficient cash in small denominations.

  • Weather conditions can change unexpectedly — it’s advisable to pack warm clothing and snowproof gear.

  • If you are carrying cameras, laptops, drones, or other electronic gadgets, please ensure they are well-protected. The safety and security of such items will be solely at your own risk.
